What songbook series does your worship team use the most?

I'm fresh on the job as worship facilitator at my church. There's so much stuff out there. My church is Lutheran and does a nice blended worship service (modern liturgy, contemporary songs). What music resource do you find the most complete and worth the money spent for it?
