could also be thyroid problems. blood sugar readings can vary depending upon what we put in our bodies. dont be fooled into thinking that just because it is a fruit, its ok. limit fruits to 2 to 3 servings per day. some fruits are very high in sugars. limit carbs too. carbs carry a lot of sugars. like breads, potatoes, corn, peas, beans, crackers. go to the american dietetic ociation for more info.
