What does the theft lock on a 95 firebird shutoff?

i have a 95 firebird with a 96 motor and trans in it and i connected everything up properly and every thing works but the fuel pump and the radio was taken out and i put it back in and i do know tht the fuel pump works by byping the relay but wouldnt open the fuel injectors does the theftlock shut off my fuel system ?
