Anyone with experience with Texas Child Support ?

Has anyone (non-custodial) parent had Child Support dealings in the State of Texas? I am trying to find out where and who I can talk to about court appointed counsel (of indigent attorney advice) I have heard some states do have such attorney's available, but I haven't been able to find out if Texas does for this type of case. In my situation, both me and my ex-wife are in agreement and want the State of Texas to "-Out" and let us raise our daughter between ourselves, without giving them a percentage? We just can't find out where to start. Any suggests or experiences would be appreciated.
