What to do Carburetor Question?

I have a 1981 Fire bird with a 1971 small block 400/350 turbo. Now it has a RV Cam/aluminum Elderbrock 2 intake/Super Coil/Hooker Header,s/ with a 650/QuadraJet...Ether then that it is a bone stock motor. My Q. is...Should I put this brand new (in the box) Holley on it ?...Or leave it alone? This car launches from the line or a Roll already.
