What is this lump near my groin? ?

I just noticed this lump that seems to be superficial to the common iliac artery on my right side. It is on my torso an inch away from where my thigh starts. The lump is about as wide as my pinkie and 1/3 as long as my pinkie is long. I believe it is an inflamed lymph node because I feel a very small bump on the same place on the left side. What is this from and what should I do? Also I am a male
