T Boone Pickens opens a huge "wind farm", Texas,how long b4 GeorgeWBush institutes wind depletion allowance ?

The Oil Depletion Allowance has been a historical WINDFALL to big oil oil companies-it is the large subsidy that everyone(but the oil companies that is) complains about! In the time of its creation the country gave this to them to encourage exploration for new deposits/development(anybody remember oil shale ?) So now that it is all gone what are they going to pay them for ? If the oils is no more why allow them the big subsidy for when it runs out ???Aha ! Wind !!! I guess if you remove the energy from it it goes around a propeller--turbine--generator--and down the line to somebody's home to power their air conditioning etc. The People East of Texas are thus being deprived of what is right fully theirs! ie all the loose dirt there is in Texas! [bend over Louisiana its your turn again!] So any way once the wind has had its energy mined out it is useless ! It will just have to sit there w/ Texas' dirt ! Pickens will then be stuck with huge mes of still air so lets pay'em4 it!
