Strange red itchy bumps on my face????

last night i went to the gym and i forgot to use the disinfecting spray on the machine before i used it. this morning i had three new pimples on my face and they are itchy like mosquito bites. i have some redness on my face too that itches and right now on my hand i noticed these little under skin bumps that are also itchy. is it dangerous??? have you ever had these? what could've caused this? pleas help me!
