From the sound of what you say you have a multitude of problems that would be impossible to determine from this info. You need a complete examination by a professional along with necessary x-rays, impressions,and a bite ysis. The costs involved will be very high no matter where you live or what office you go to. DO NOT EXPECT A LOT OF FINANCIAL COVERAGE FROM YOUR DENTAL INSURANCE. Trust me on this as the voice of experience of being in practice and dealing with every type of dental insurance for 42 years. Dentures, implants bridges, etc are all very costly and $1000 will not go very far. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Maybe a payment or yearly time schedule can be worked out with your dentist.
