Is it hard to find a full time dental hygiene job? And what is your salary?

i have just been accepted in tjhe dental hygiene program at a UNC chapel hill. I am wondering what my salary would be like after graduating. Honestly i want to know if it is worth. With this economy you need to be making adequate amount of money in a stable career. I have seen alot of part time jobs offerings. I am wondering is it hard to find full time work or something? Is it hard to coordinate working for two offices? What is your average take home salary each year. I have heard salary ranges from 55,000 to 70,000 in raliegh NC; however i want to research just how accurate that is. If you are a dental hygienist or know someone who works in the field please respond to my question ASAP.
