I need information on transferring a Florida occupational licence to Kentucky?

I have been licensed in Florida for cosmetology 17 yrs now. I need to find out if I can transfer my license to Kentucky. Kentucky's hourly requirements are greater than Florida, however, will I be given credit for 17yrs of practice? None of the sites I have looked at can help.
