Hi, I have to get my braces removed on the 19th and am really worried, can anyone try to help?

I have 4 braces, the top 4 front teeth, and i have to get them off the 19th, i am worried because i have been sick for a really long time and it makes my stomach upset, and usuallly when i go into the ortho i worry myself into a super-stomach ache, (i dont know why) but yeah, i just want to know if it takes long to get them removed, if they are going to put that air suction tube in my mouth like they did when ithey put the braces on (they almost hit my throat with it liike 50 times) and i also want to know if anyone felt any sort of discomfort or anything that would make them worry about having to go get them removed. p.s. i am an emetephob = scared of vomiting. so basically im scared of everything that might lead to me vomiting and i worry myself, i cant counteract it.
