Do you think that teachers should jump to conclusions in school?

Well my friend got into trouble for wearing a DC shoe shirt and this procter said that the DC shoes logo could be used as a gang? Sounds stupid right that one made me laugh. My friend was also wearing a paper clips necklaces around his neck. The same procter took the necklace away and said it could be used as a weapon? I have tested out the paper clip necklice as a weapon. It does not work and even if you took the necklace apart and you started swinging it around the necklace would break apart in seconds and if you were going to hit someone with the paper clip necklace it would break apart before even hitting the person. Well i was talking to a teacher in her cl room and i said there and my teacher thought i was meaning shut up in a differnt way. I did not mean it like that. My teacher thought i was talking to one of my friends in cl when i was walking right by him and we both made eye contact but we never said a word and we only looked at each other because i thought he was going to stab me with something like a pencil which he normally does every day. Teacher then says " Stop talking to Mitch." I said i wasnt i was only walking right by him. I never said a word to him and the teacher did not belive me. Do you think that teachers or proctors should jump to conclusions?
