Confused, Depressed, Desperately need help?

This is a very serious issue and I need professional advice, today while I was st my friends I unexpectedly found out that I was movin by talking to his mom. This shocked me but it caused my friend to wind up in the hospital because we are very close and I couldn't emotionally take it so I broke down in tears when I was picked up and I'm on the verge of isanity. The reason im moving is because my mom found a job in Texas and I had go eith him. I wad thinking that once I go visit my friend in December then I could livf since I'll be 18 though the ultimate scarifice could be the things I i own and bought. Oh by the way he has problems that I can't talk about on here so please please help me everyone.
