Can someone explain this comparative advantage question?

Willy can produce 6 apples/hr or 4 carrots/hr and Steve can produce 3 apples/hr or 1 carrot/hr. Willy should specialize in carrots and Steve should specialize in apples. Can you explain to me why this is. Thanks.
